First Marker-Free Handheld Laser 3D Scanner
The FreeScan Trio redefines speed and efficiency with its 98 laser lines that enable marker-free scanning. It can deliver up to 3,010,000 points per second. Less preparation, more efficiency.
With three industrial cameras, each wielding 5MP, the FreeScan Trio brings out the most elaborate details and high-quality 3D data.
Under the scan modes with markers, the FreeScan Trio consistently provides high-precision scanning results with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.
Versatility is at your fingertips with the FreeScan Trio's four scanning modes and built-in photogrammetry. It's the perfect partner for every scenario.
The FreeScan Trio’s comprehensive 98-laser-line mode eliminates the need for markers, efficiently capturing all your workpieces. Paired with an ultra-fast scan speed of up to 3,010,000 points per second, you’ll truly experience the acceleration in your workflow.
For quality control, inspection, and reverse engineering, its 0.02 mm accuracy* (with markers) and high-precision performance deliver results you can count on, time and time again.
*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, the sphere-spacing error is assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume, in the accuracy lab certified with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 with environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C; humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.
Under the 26 laser lines mode, its 650 x 580 mm FOV gets your projects done fast, capturing more data in fewer sweeps. Our optimized software algorithms generate 3D data in real-time for you to see on your screen, all while guiding you through the scanning process.
FreeScan Trio’s three 5-megapixel industrial-grade cameras allow you to zoom into the smallest, most intricate details of your projects, with a minimum point distance of 0.01 mm under its 7 parallel laser mode
When it comes to industrial parts, deep pockets and holes are almost customary. Cover these blind spots with FreeScan Trio’s optimized camera angle and perceptive single-line mode.
The FreeScan Trio features a built-in photogrammetry mode that can achieve a remarkable volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 + 0.015 mm/m. Simply place markers and one magnetic scale bar, and the FreeScan Trio will quickly lock in the spatial position of the target frame.
FreeScan Trio software will guide you through the 3D scanning process, from calibration to 3D scanning and data editing.
FreeScan Trio software can accurately create detailed and photorealistic data of essentially large objects swiftly and efficiently.
98 laser lines for high-speed scanning; 7 laser lines for detailed scanning; 1 single line for deep pocket scanning. Handle all kinds of scan cases.
FreeScan Trio software enables powerful algorithms to process challenging data of black and reflective objects.
Yes. The FreeScan Trio has a laser scan mode, which is less sensitive to ambient light and thus delivers a better performance in scanning reflective and dark-colored surfaces.
Yes. When the object has rich geometric features, FreeScan Trio’s 98-line mode can use feature alignment mode without markers.
FreeScan Trio software can export data in various formats such as ASC, OBJ, STL, and PLY.
Yes. The FreeScan Trio has a built-in photogrammetry function, which can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m.
Recommended Computer Configuration:
You can use the data from the FreeScan Trio for reverse engineering, compare it with original CAD data for inspection, and other metrology applications.
